We are pleased to welcome you back to The Westin Cincinnati, our host hotel for the 2026 SNDdeN School Leaders Conference. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, the hotel overlooks Fountain Square and offers easy access to conference activities, restaurants, shopping, and downtown attractions. The Westin is approximately 12 miles from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), typically about a 15-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati.

Hotel amenities include an on-site seafood restaurant, bar and lounge, casual dining and grab-and-go options, in-room dining, and a 24-hour WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio. The hotel is also within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions in downtown Cincinnati.

Program & Hotel Reservations

The 2026 SNDdeN School Leaders Conference will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, November 16, 2026, and conclude after lunch at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18. We ask all participants to plan their travel accordingly so they can be present for the full conference program beginning Monday morning. For some participants, this will mean arriving in Cincinnati on Sunday, November 15 to ensure you don’t miss the opening session and the opportunity to begin the conference together. We hope you will take advantage of the opportunity to arrive early, settle in, and enjoy some time in Cincinnati before the conference begins. The Westin’s downtown location provides easy access to restaurants, attractions, and entertainment. We have created a LOCAL SPOTS listing to help you explore Cincinnati during your stay, including recommendations that may be helpful as you plan for our Dinner on Your Own evening on Monday.

A special discounted conference rate of $149 per night, plus taxes, is available through our SNDdeN custom booking site. The conference rate is available for rooms booked for Saturday, November 14, and/or Sunday, November 15, as well as conference nights. A credit card will be required to reserve your room.

**To take advantage of this rate, rooms must be booked by October 23, 2026. Due to a home Bengals game on October 15, this booking deadline cannot be extended.**
