West Coast – New Employee Orientation

New employees are invited to join colleagues from across the Notre Dame de Namur network for a day of connection, reflection, and mission formation. This orientation offers participants an opportunity to build relationships with others who are beginning new roles while gaining a deeper understanding of what makes a Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur sponsored ministry distinctive.

Through presentations, conversation, personal reflection, and dialogue with Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, participants will explore the history and global mission of the congregation, learn about the life and spirituality of St. Julie Billiart, and reflect on the Hallmarks of a Notre Dame de Namur Learning Community—the shared values and commitments that guide our schools and ministries. The day includes opportunities for informal conversation, questions, and shared learning as participants begin their journey as members of the Notre Dame de Namur community.
