Guidelines of Sponsorship by Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur

  • Allow for a consistent and direct relationship with the ministry to ensure the fulfillment of the SNDdeN mission.
  • Provides a framework, through governance structures and the Sponsorship office, that works together to inform and influence the ministry’s mission.
  • It is accountable to the Congregation in its Catholic identity (Canonical) and how it lives out the SNDdeN mission.
  • Each SNDdeN-sponsored organization has a mission statement that identifies it in both the mission of the Sisters and the purpose of the ministry which requires oversight.
